  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

If you don’t receive your tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at support@saveymart.store.


5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at support@saveymart.store with your order number and photos of the packaging and product (if damaged).
  • We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and issue a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

8. Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
