Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification confirming receipt and the approval (or rejection) of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- If the item is damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error, a partial refund may be issued.
- Gift cards are not allowed.
- Who Bears the Cost of Returns
If you need to return an item, the cost of return shipping will depend on the reason for the return. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or any reason not related to a product fault, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. We aim to make the process simple, transparent, and fair for everyone.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@saveymart.store. Include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at business@saveymart.store.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@saveymart.store before sending it back.
Free Shipping Policy
All orders include free standard shipping. However, return shipping fees (if applicable) are not covered unless the product was defective or the wrong item was shipped.
